O-5-152 Update Outlook Password via Google Chrome Web Browser

🎯 Purpose

Defines the process to update an Adara Home Health Active Directory domain password in Outlook on the website at webmail.adarahomehealth.com.

Users will begin to receive a Password Expiration Warning 10 days leading up to the expiration date of their current password. Refer to O-5-149 Password Expiration Warnings for details and content of this message.

🔄 Process

1. Navigate to the Outlook website in Google Chrome at Webmail.AdaraHomeHealth.com and login with your Adara user name (usually first name.last name) and password

   

   

2. Select the small circular gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page to open up the Settings Menu

   

3. Select Options from the bottom of the list

   

4. Open the General menu category from the top of the list

   

5. Select the My account option from the top of the list

   

6. Within the My account section of the options page:

   1. Find and select the Change your password link in the lower right-hand corner of the page above the Mailbox usage graphic. A window will open from the right-hand side of the page with the password reset fields.

      

   2. Finally enter your current password and your new password (twice)

   3. Select Save at the top of the page
