O-5-149 Password Expiration Warnings

🎯 Purpose

Adara Home Health Active Directory Users are required to reset/change their password every 120 days.

Active Directory Users are defined as employees that have a username@adarahomehealth.com email address.

The password may be reset at any time but must be done before it expires, or the user will not have access to reset it.

🔄 Process

1. User will receive an e-mail with the following message starting 10 days prior to their expiration date:

   From: Administrator@adarahomehealth.com

   Subject: Your Adara Email/AD password will expire in 10 days

   

   Body:

   

2. User must reset their password prior to expiration.
