O-5-221 Clear Cache and Browser History
🎯 Purpose
Outlines the steps required to clear cache and browser history in Google Chrome.
🔄 Process

Log Off of HCHB Citrix:
- Clear the browser history and cache:
-
In Google Chrome, in the upper right hand corner select the settings (three dot) menu

Select Delete browsing data
-
For Time Range, select All Time
-
Ensure Browsing History, Cookies and Other site data, and Cached images and files are selected

Select Delete Data
-
- Close out of the browser
- Log out of Computer/Terminal:
-
Select the windows icon, then select the top icon and select Sign out
-
- Log back into Computer/Terminal
- Log back into HCHB (login.hchb.com)
