O-5-221 Clear Cache and Browser History

🎯 Purpose

Outlines the steps required to clear cache and browser history in Google Chrome.


🔄 Process

  1. Log Off of HCHB Citrix:

  2. Clear the browser history and cache:
    1. In Google Chrome, in the upper right hand corner select the settings (three dot) menu

    2. Select Delete browsing data

    3. For Time Range, select All Time

    4. Ensure Browsing History, Cookies and Other site data, and Cached images and files are selected

    5. Select Delete Data

  3. Close out of the browser
  4. Log out of Computer/Terminal:
    1. Select the windows icon, then select the top icon and select Sign out

  5. Log back into Computer/Terminal
  6. Log back into HCHB (login.hchb.com)
