🎯 Purpose

Outlines steps on how to print visit notes from a client’s medical record using Clinical Input or Patient Snapshot.

🔄 Process

1. In Clinical Input:

   

   1. Select client episode, then select Medical Record Info —> Visit Notes

      

   2. Select requested visit note, then select Print Visit Note

      

   3. Select Print

      

      In Patient Snapshot:

      

   4. Select Visit Notes “View All”

      

   5. Select requested visit note, then select Print Visit Note

      

      

   6. Select Print
