🎯 Purpose

Outlines steps on how to print a vital signs report from client’s medical record in Clinical Input or Patient Snapshot.

🔄 Process

1. In Clinical Input:

   

   1. Right click client’s current episode, select Reports

      

   2. Select Vital Signs —> Vital Signs Report

      

   3. Select Print

      

      In Patient Snapshot:

      

   4. Under Reports, select See All

      

   5. Select Vital Signs —> Vital Signs Report

      

   6. Select Print
