O-5-299 Sign into AVD on Chromebook

🎯 Purpose:

Details the steps to access AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) on a Chromebook. This process uses a URL instead of downloading an app.

🔄 Process:

  1. Open a Web Browser (ie. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc) and go to windows.cloud.microsoft.com
  2. Enter Adara Home Health e-mail address and select Next:

  1. Enter Adara Home Health e-mail password and select Sign In:

  1. Open your authenticator app and approve the request. Enter the number when prompted.

  1. Select Session Desktop:

  1. Review In Session Settings:
    1. If intending to connect to multiple monitors, "Multiple Displays" must be toggled ON

  1. Select Connect. AVD Desktop will launch.
