🎯 PURPOSE

The Field Staff Productivity Forecast Report displays productivity information for future dates based on scheduled visits. This should be used to review expected worker productivity information including total number of visits currently scheduled and visit types. Clinical Supervisors should run this during touchbase after it is determined what visits are missing from the next week’s schedule by looking at Admissions, Recerts, and Resumptions being completed this week, hospitalized clients and pending admissions for next week.

Supervisors must take into consideration Admissions/Recerts/Resumptions being completed during the current week with the expected visits being assigned after the assessment has been performed and the workflow has been processed.

Depending on when the report is ran, admissions for the following week may not be scheduled in HCHB yet as the Intake Team is still working on the pending referral. Supervisors not only need to take into consideration the admission, but also subsequent visits that may be required as a result of that admission. For example, a SOC on Monday with Mon/Wed/Fri wound care orders may require three total visits for next week.

🔄 PROCESS

1. Go to Report Manager.

   

2. Search for and select the Field Staff Productivity Forecast Report.

   

3. Select the appropriate filters, laid out below. This report can be ran either for a specific worker or for a specific team.

1. Visit Dates From/To: Next week starting Sunday
2. Visit Times: All Visits
3. Over/Under Wt. Total: Both
4. Display Report Criteria: Hidden

4. Select View/Print.

   

5. Review the report.

   1. Numbers of visits per visit type and total number of visits:

      

   2. Weighted Total Visits: Productivity points related to visits. For example, an eval is worth 1.5 points. Total visits may equal 4, but weighted total visit would equal 6.
   3. All Days Worked: Number of days visits are scheduled
   4. Weekdays Worked: Number of weekdays scheduled
   5. All Days Worked Avg Visits: Average visits per day for all days
   6. Weekdays Worked Avg Visits: Average Visits per day for weekdays
