O-5-212 Access the Outlook Email Archive

🎯 PURPOSE: All emails received or sent by an Adara email address (adarahomehealth.com) will automatically be saved to an archive which retains copies of all emails sent. In addition, any emails which are no longer accessible via the Outlook email application due to being deleted permanently or by a retention policy (which deletes old emails according to timeframes in place) can still be accessed via this archive. This process shows how an employee may access their archive individually.


🔁 PROCESS:

1. In a web browser, navigate to this web address: archivemail.adarahomehealth.com

  1. The sign-in page for the Barracuda Message Archiver will load. Log in using the same credentials (username and password) you use when logging into Citrix.


  2. The email archive will load.


  3. To search for an email, enter criteria in the search bar and select Search. You can toggle to an advanced search by clicking Advanced.


  4. In the Advanced Search, multiple search criteria can be added using the + and toggles and the dropdowns in each line. To return to the Basic Search, select Basic on the right.


  5. To view an archived email in Outlook, select the email and then from the preview on the right-hand side, select Download. The email will then open in Outlook where you will be able to forward or reply to the email as needed.
