O-11-215 Print Client Mailing Labels
π― PURPOSE
The Client Mailing Labels report creates mailing labels for each client. It can be used to print labels that include the name, address and the branch they are on service with. The report can be filtered by SOC date, branches, teams, locations, and client statuses. Each label is 1β x 2.5β and each page holds 30 labels.
π PROCESS
Go to the Report Manager.
Search for Client Mailing Labels and select βClient Mailing Labels Reportβ.
Enter criteria filters. Typically, filters needed are Branches and Client Statuses as in the example below.
EXAMPLE:
- Select View/Print to view the report.
A pop-up window will open displaying the labels. If you wish to view the labels more easily in print layout, select the Print Layout icon at the top of the page.
Print Layout Icon The labels will then display in the label formatting. The number of pages listed will then also be accurate to the number of label sheets needed when all the labels are printed.
After placing label sheets in the printer, print the labels by selecting the Print icon in the window header or by right-clicking on the document and selecting Print. The print icon is highlighted in this screenshot:
Print Icon highlighted in yellow. The print options window will open. Select the correct branch location printer and ensure the option to print on only one-sided is selected.
To ensure one-sided printing, click Properties and ensure the options under the Layout tab are selected as in the screenshot below.
- Select OK to print the labels and the job will be sent to the printer.
